How this website handles an initial enquiry.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form prepares email text in your browser. This website does not submit the form to a server or store it in a website database. You choose whether to open your email application or copy the text, and you send the email yourself.
Information you send by email
An enquiry sent by email is handled by P4S and the email services involved. Ask P4S for information about its business privacy practices before sharing sensitive information. Do not include customer records, passwords, or account details in an initial enquiry.
Website operation
Images and fonts are hosted with the website. The hosting provider may process connection information and server logs under its own practices. Optional Google Analytics is described below.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and selected interactions such as demo enquiry and business contact link clicks. Google may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, and website activity. These are website statistics, not a list of named visitors.
The Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled. We do not send enquiry form contents to Analytics. You can decline without affecting the website, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser on each domain.
Analytics cookies can recognize returning browsers. Reports reflect measured visits from consenting visitors and may be affected by browser privacy controls. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s processing.
